Shipping & Returns

UK Shipping

We currently ship UK orders using trusted tracked courier services, including Royal Mail and DPD.

Due to a very busy period, please allow extra time for your order to be processed and dispatched. We are working through orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may take longer than usual during high-demand periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

Royal Mail have recently updated their service, whereby orders may be opted in to allow delivery to a safe place. If you do not want your parcel delivered to a safe place, please download the Royal Mail app and opt out for future deliveries. You can also specify your preferred safe place through the Royal Mail app.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations, including Europe, the United States, Canada, China, Australia and the rest of the world.

Due to a very busy period, international orders may also take longer than usual to process before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

For orders shipped outside the UK and EU, your parcel may be subject to customs checks depending on the destination country’s regulations. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order. However, customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT or other charges, which are beyond our control.

We cannot guarantee how long customs clearance will take, as this varies by country. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import charges imposed by their local customs authorities.

If an order is undelivered due to incorrect details being provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

Returns

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your UVU Run Club Ltd purchase. However, if you change your mind for any reason, we will happily offer an exchange or refund.

Please return your item(s) unworn, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
